not have fat content (marbling) so they can be tough. Therefore, we grind the ribeye, T-bone, sirloin, strip
steaks into "A.J. Pendleton's Original Longhorn 1/3lb.Steak Patties". "Col. Adams' 100% Longhorn
Ground Beef" are excellent in your favorite dish. Here at the ranch,we charcoal grill the "Luke's Fine
Chuck Roasts" which have some fat like other breed's sirloins. "Luke's Hearty Longhorn Arm and
Shoulder Roasts" are best slow cooked in the crock pot or dutch oven.
"Haze Pendleton's Texas Longhorn Jalopeno Sausage" is just as heart-healthy since we do not add pork
or fat.
